For the last ten years I have been living in the sierras of Rocha, practicing massage and working on a permaculture project with my family. I enjoy gardening and make my own massage creams from home grown therapeutic herbs. The union of the body and mind is a philosophy strengthened through daily yoga practice.
Seeing massage not as an isolated treatment but as a stepping stone in helping people heal themselves, I offer a variety of treatments from different schools of massage around the world. Fusion massage was created as a unique combination of the Shiatsu, Thai and Classic massage to treat the specific needs of clients.

Tessa Helm is a licensed massage therapist and has been providing therapeutic massage in the Sierras of Rocha for over 10 years. She grew up in England and studied international relations and Spanish at the University of Sussex.
Tessa has run massage workshops with Mochi de las Palmas, and has worked in healing centers such as Engin Ashram (Istanbul), Buenas Aires and currently the Dentro Spa in Rocha. In addition to offering massage treatment options, she has also created "fusion massage", a unique combination of healing techniques with anatomical expertise tailored to the client's specific needs.

Tessa Helm es una terapeuta de masaje con licencia y ha estado proporcionando masaje terapéutico en las Sierras de Rocha durante más de 10 años. El interés en el arte de la curación comenzó en Tailandia, donde fue testigo del uso del masaje no sólo para la relajación, sino como una práctica médica curativa. Tessa asistió a talleres de masaje tradicional tailandés y más tarde completó un curso de Shiatsu. En 2016 regresó a Londres para estudiar masaje clásico con anatomía y fisiología en la Universidad de St Mary.
